Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18.09.2026

This policy explains how ClearDoc24 ("we") processes personal data when you use cleardoc24.com. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

ClearDoc24 is the controller for the processing described here. Contact: nippon-kempo@t.online.de.

2. What data we process

Document content you upload or paste, including any personal data it happens to contain.

Technical data needed to serve the site: IP address, browser type, time of request.

Payment data when you buy a document brief. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card details.

Your email address if you contact us.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

To produce the plain-language brief you requested — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To process special-category data that may appear in documents (for example health or religious information in insurance or official letters) — your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), given by the consent checkbox before analysis.

To keep the service secure and functioning — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To meet tax and accounting duties — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. AI processing

Your document text is sent to an AI model provider that generates the explanation. It is processed only to create your brief and is not used to train models.

Some providers may process data outside the EU. In that case transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Document text and the generated brief are kept only as long as needed to deliver the result to you, and deleted afterwards.

Invoices and payment records are kept for the statutory retention period (up to 10 years in Germany).

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect processing already carried out.

Write to nippon-kempo@t.online.de and we will answer within one month.

You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use only technically necessary storage to run the site. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
